These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the academic AI learning platform during the pilot.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The platform owner may update these terms during the pilot. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Pilot Nature of the Platform

The platform is provided as a learning support tool during the pilot. Features, availability, course coverage, and access rules may change during the pilot.

The pilot may include monitoring, feedback collection, and usage review by authorized platform administrators and course staff where relevant.

Educational Purpose Only

The platform is designed to support academic learning and course preparation. It is not an official substitute for lectures, recitations, assignments, examinations, course syllabi, or staff instructions.

No guarantee is made regarding academic results, grades, exam performance, admission, certification, or course completion.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Academic AI responses may contain inaccuracies and should not replace official course instructions.

Students are responsible for verifying answers, explanations, examples, and hints against official course materials, lecturer guidance, and institutional requirements.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or academically dishonest activity.

You may not upload unlawful, harmful, private, personal, sensitive, or third-party confidential content unless you are authorized to do so and the upload is appropriate for the academic pilot.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, bypass access controls, or redistribute platform content or functionality.

User Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised or misused, contact the platform owner promptly.

Intellectual Property

The platform software, interface, workflows, prompts, generated organization, and related product materials are owned by the platform owner or its licensors.

Course materials remain owned by their original owners, institution, lecturers, authors, or other rights holders where applicable.

Access to course materials through the platform does not grant permission to redistribute, publish, sell, or otherwise use those materials outside the authorized academic context.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during the pilot.

The platform owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, academic, or data-related damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on AI output, service interruption, or pilot changes.

Service Availability

The platform owner may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service during the pilot for maintenance, security, cost, academic, or operational reasons.
